Rehearsals for a new show take place 6 days a week for 6 weeks in the 600,000 square feet of production space both on the ice and in the air, because at Disney On Ice the art of storytelling is unlimited. Princess Ariel can be found high above the ice on the Spanish Web, Kristoff can be found using a trampoline to jump over ice blocks and the lamp lighters from Mary Poppins Returns can turn the lamp post into acrobatic apparatus.
In Season 1, Episode 11, viewers go behind the scenes to meet the families who bring the magic and brilliance of Disney on Ice to a city near you. Meet Kenneth Feld who created Disney On Ice 40 years ago and his daughter Juliette Feld Grossman, as well as Ryan, Sarah & Jessie Santee, three siblings whose parents met and married while they were skaters with Disney On Ice and now the three of them are also skaters with Disney On Ice.
