• Adults & children, ages 2 & up, must purchase an experience ticket and a Disney On Ice show ticket to attend. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Experience length is approximately 45 minutes but may vary based on attendance.
• Photo opportunities are for your personal enjoyment only. Please remember to bring your device.
• Experience & venue rules must be followed at all times.
• Character availability and experience prices, elements, locations, dates & times are subject to restriction, change or cancellation, including due to local requirements, which may change at any time. By participating, guests confirm that they do not have any COVID-19 symptoms or recent exposure and agree to follow any applicable health & safety protocols.

Magical Pass

Add a little extra magic to your Disney On Ice experience with the all-new Magical Pass, including:

• Premium Reserved Seats: Enjoy some of the best views of the show from your premium reserved seats for an unforgettable experience.
• VIP Venue Entrance: Skip the lines with exclusive venue access. (Available at select venues).
• Character Greeting: Arrive early to enjoy a visit with a special Disney star before the start of the show! Bring your personal device to capture the magic. The character greeting will start 45 minutes before the show and conclude promptly 15 minutes before show time.
• VIP Lanyard: Each guest receives a unique keepsake lanyard onsite at the VIP location to commemorate your experience.

• Magical Pass information will be emailed out AT LEAST 5 DAYS before the day of the show.
• Character greeting included with Magical Pass starts 45 minutes before the show. It will conclude promptly 15 minutes before show time.
• You will EACH receive your VIP lanyard onsite at the venue on the day of the show at the designated VIP location.
